I have used Tristram / Student Living Co. for Let Only services for a few years now,  I find them to be very friendly and very good at finding me pleasant tenants for my properties. All the staff are very easy to talk to, and their processing for letting is straight forward and things run very smoothly during the processing of finding tenants all the way to them moving in. In particular,  Cora and Kyle are extremely helpful, and I must say that they have been going above and beyond with the support that they give me as they always assist with extra things and other questions that I always have that go beyond the Let Only services I use them for. Additionally,  they have been giving me very good quotes compared to other agents so I highly recommend Tristram's.

The team were proactive in marketing the property and found excellent tenants in a short space of time despite changes in the market.
