All the staff are very easy to talk to, and their processing for letting is straight forward and things run very smoothly during the processing of finding tenants all the way to them moving in. Student Lettings Negotiator

A fast-paced, people-focused role at the heart of our student lettings business. You’ll be the first point of contact for students searching for their next home, handling enquiries, booking viewings and guiding applicants through the process from start to finish. Great communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people are a must.

Property Manager

A varied and rewarding role responsible for the day-to-day management of our student property portfolio. You’ll be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy, coordinating maintenance, handling queries and making sure every property is managed to the highest standard.

Student Lettings Progressor

A detail-driven role that keeps our lettings moving smoothly from offer to move-in. You’ll manage the administration side of each tenancy, chasing references, preparing agreements and keeping all parties updated throughout. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple cases at once are key.
