I have used Tristram / Student Living Co. for Let Only services for a few years now,  I find them to be very friendly and very good at finding me pleasant tenants for my properties. All the staff are very easy to talk to, and their processing for letting is straight forward and things run very smoothly during the processing of finding tenants all the way to them moving in. In particular,  Cora and Kyle are extremely helpful, and I must say that they have been going above and beyond with the support that they give me as they always assist with extra things and other questions that I always have that go beyond the Let Only services I use them for. I have entrusted my property to The Student Living Co to look for tenants for many years, and they always gets rented out very early each year. The tenants I’ve had always very nice and keep my properties clean. I’d like to thank Cora for her thoughtful  help over all these years. She has provided great support with everything from setting the right rental price to arranging property viewings. I’ve had a really positive experience using this letting agent and would happily recommend them to other landlords.

What stood out straight away was how professional, organised, and easy they were to deal with throughout the entire process. Communication has been excellent from start to finish.

I was kept updated regularly, any questions were answered quickly, and everything was handled in a clear and straightforward way. It made the whole experience far less stressful than I’ve experienced elsewhere.

The team were proactive in marketing the property and found excellent tenants in a short space of time despite changes in the market.

They clearly know the local market well and gave helpful, honest advice throughout. What I’ve appreciated most is the level of trust and confidence they give you as a landlord. It’s reassuring knowing the property is being looked after properly and that any issues will be dealt with quickly without needing constant involvement from me. Overall, a genuinely professional and reliable service, and easily one of the best letting agents I’ve worked with.
